Bike rental in Capbreton: everything you need to know
Pickle Skate & Bike is a bike and skateboard rental, sales and repair shop located at 29 rue du Général de Gaulle in Capbreton (Landes, 40130, France). Founded by board sports and cycling enthusiasts, the shop offers a diverse fleet: Ruff Cycles electric bikes with retro Californian design (Edge, Lil Loco, Buddy, Biggy), Ritmic Jumbo cargo bike, 2-seater bike, mountain/hybrid bikes and gravel bikes, as well as longboards, surf skates and street skates.
Rental prices start at €4 for 2h for a skateboard, €12 for 2h for a standard bike and €18 for 2h for an e-bike. Helmets and locks are available as options (€2/day). Booking is available 24/7 online via the Lokki platform, by phone at 09 53 43 74 25, or directly at the shop.
Capbreton is the perfect starting point to explore over 200 km of cycling paths in the Landes region. From the shop, you can reach the Vélodyssée (EuroVelo 1), Hossegor lake, the Landes forest or Seignosse beaches in just minutes. Our shop is also the ideal starting point for bike rental in Hossegor, just 5 minutes away via the Boudigau bridge. The Pickle team knows every route and will recommend the perfect ride for your level and preferences.
The Pickle workshop handles all-brand bike repairs: punctures, brakes, derailleurs, full overhauls. Service from €38, full overhaul at €50. Common repairs are completed same day. The shop also sells new and refurbished bikes, and offers a consignment service for your board sport clothing and accessories.
Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am–1pm and 3pm–7pm, Sunday morning 10am–1pm. Closed Mondays. Pick up at the shop, 29 rue du Général de Gaulle in Capbreton, 5 minutes by bike from Hossegor.
